The purpose of this GENERAL CONDITION CONTRACT is to establish the conditions applicable to the bookings and contract of parking spaces in PARKIA’s parking through the web site www.parkia.es and its mobile app called “VoyPARK”.
This way the user can book a parking space in any of PARKIA’s car parks via web site or mobile app VoyPARK. The user will book the parking space with the corresponding entity of PARKIA’s group belonging.
To make a RESERVATION the user must provide some key information (name, date and time of arrival, stay length, e-mail address and phone number; and as an optional the license plate number) that the system requires, without them the booking process can’t proceed. When the reservation is made via web site it is necessary that the user register itself on the web site, to do so it must fill the application form and open its user account. Once account is open and activated, the user can proceed to the reservation.
To make the reservation of the parking space, the user must fill the application form on the web site or via mobile app, choosing the city and parking desire, date and time. Once this information is sent, the parking space is booked if the date and time at the specific parking is available.
The parking rate of the reservation is calculated in periods of 24 hours starting the date and time when accessing the parking, until the exit of the vehicle from it.
The minimum payment rate corresponds to the minimum stay conditions
determined by the chosen product/parking, and the length of stay will be accounted per days.
The parking payment rate for booked products and courtesy times will be establish by each of the car parks.
When making the reservation, the system will provide a booking reference. Possession of this reference confirms and guarantees your reservation. This booking reference will and can be used for any operation.
It is necessary to make your reservation at least two days before your arrival to enjoy the special prices of the product. If not possible, the booking made in a shorter period won’t be valid and the payment rate of the stay will be calculated according to the regular parking rate.
The reservation of the parking space can only be made for one vehicle. To book the stay for more than on vehicle, you must make a reservation for each of the vehicles.
The customer can print a proof of the reservation made that will be sent to the email indicated. The email will also contain the booking conditions and a QR code that will let them to enter and exit the parking. ACCESS TO THE PARKING in which the reservation of parking space has been made will be made through the vehicles entrance, the customer will place the vehicle in front of the barrier and this one should open, and the customer will receive in the application and its email a digital ticket. In case the access barrier does not open, your can approximate your reservation QR or bar code to the machine for reading, also you could get a regular ticket. If none of the options work you can contact our staff by clicking the information button through the intercom or by calling 902 090 109, we will assist you to solve the problem.
Park your vehicle and pass by the cashier cabin or any parking ATM if you haven’t paid for your reservation. The customer should use the ATMs to make the payments in every occasion, unless the booking instructions of the chosen product says otherwise. To make the payment of the booked product, the client must provide proof of entry date and time, both can be found via the license plate number in the parking or the regular parking ticket (digital or not).
FARES: The parking rates for reservation are establish per complete day fairs stays or fractions (minutes). The final rate will be established individually by each of the parking’s.
When making the reservation of any of our products, the system will calculate the rate to be pay by the user in the stay chosen. The system automatically applies PARKIA’s current rates for the selected period depending on the selected car park, taking under consideration any promotion or special offer valid during the time of the reservation. All above will be applying to the booking reference received in the email confirmation. Rates include VAT, IGIC or local IG
When making the reservation via web site or mobile app “VoyPARK”, the user can choose to make the payment right at the moment or to just make the reservation without paying the corresponding rate.
in case of booking without a previous payment, the payment of the parking that’s been booked can be made via the VoyPARK app or at the entry of the parking once the vehicle is parked, proving proof of the date and time of arrival, both can be found via the license plate number in the parking, booking reservation or the regular parking ticket (digital or not) collected at the entry. The payment can be made in cash, credit or debit card, depending on the service availability of the parking cashier or ATM. If you need an invoice let our staff.
To previously pay a reservation the user must select the option “book and pay” in the web site or mobile app at the time of the booking so that you can make the payment. The payment can be made with a credit/debit card or by the app wallet which can have credit on it if the user previously charged it. During the registration process the user must give the information requested to make the virtual wallet charge possible. The user will give details of its credit/debit card, this data will automatically be saved for payments and wallet recharges. The wallet aloud the client to make payments of the stay to a maximum of its balance. VIRTUAL WALLET RECHARGE PROCESS: through the internet, once the user is activated and all of its personal/bank date it included on its profile, the user can click in the option “Recharge your balance/credit”. Once the option is selected the user can chose the amount desire and chose recharge. A confirmation message will be display. We click in confirm and the amount will be charge in your card. The user can check payment history and current balance in the wallet. The user can check on the app: initial charge, recharge, bookings, payments and history. The minimum amount to charge on the virtual wallet is 10 euros. The amounts will be in whole euros and cents won’t be accepted.
In case a client has previously paid the parking stay, the client must validate its parking ticket in the parking cashier at the entry once its vehicle is park, the client will be requested to provide proof of payment.
If the length of the stay exceeds the time of the stay reserved, the extra time must be pay following the parking regular rates.
If the length of the stay is shorter than the stay reserved, the payment of the full reservation must be made, no reduction of the booked product will be made nor refund of the prior payment.
In the irregular case that a client parks in a different parking from the one booked, the complete payment of the product reserved must be made and the additional payment of the parking where the vehicle is park must be made following the establish rates of the parking.
The client can cancel the booking made up to two days before the beginning of the reservation if the reservation is to be pay in the parking (not prepaid). After this period, he client won’t be able to make any reservation.
In case of prepaid reservations, the user has a maximum of 14 natural days to dismiss the purchase made, if the date and time of arrival to the parking hasn’t pass and that the product has not been enjoyed.
The company will proceed to make the refund with a bank transfer or the same way the payment was made. To exercise the right of withdrawal, we encourage the client to cancel the reservation via PARKIA’s web site www.parkia.es
However, you can notify PARKIA of your decision of withdrawal through an unequivocal statement (for example to this email: email@example.com). To meet the withdrawal period, make sure to communicate this right in the period of 14 natural days following the booking date and time. Once the withdrawal period is over, the client can cancel the reservation made, when it is a prepaid reservation, the cancelation will concur in a 2% fee of the prepaid amount if the cancellation it done two days before the beginning date of the booking, the remaining amount will be refund. Once this period is over, the maximum refund made will be up to 50% of the prepaid amount.
PARKIA reserves the right to demand the corresponding responsibilities for the improper use of the parking booking system on the web site or the neglection of any rule express in this general condition contract. The user is the only one responsible in the event of the booking web site misuse, partial or completely incorrect, or in the event of a third making a reservation on the behalf of the user using the procedures and password.
PARKIA reserves the right to delete the user’s access codes when wrongly misuse following the rules express in this general condition contract.
PARKIA is not responsible for the interruption, inaccessibility or any fail in the operational system, as a consequence of any external services such as telecommunication or other accessories that are necessary for the correct use pf the parking.
The present general condition contract will rule under the Spanish legislation. In case of conflict, both parties need to present themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid, when it proceeds of the consumer’s address
