The Parkia Group always strives to provide the best in customer service, so now that Spain has been declared in a state of alarm, our group has taken special measures to ensure that you can get about in your car in the cases allowed by the government while our other customers and our employees remain safe.
These measures are consistent with our deep commitment to our customers, and so our entire carpark network will remain open, to continue providing parking services the same as before, for short-term customers and our pass holders.
To ensure proper health protection for all our carpark users, we’ve taken the following measures:
- Our carparks are still attended by our staff. If you have any problems, you can talk to a staff member over the intercom system at any ticket payment machine, or you can call us at 902 090 109
- The best way to pay your parking ticket is at one of the automatic payment machines. Whenever possible, we recommend using a bank card; it’s the safest way to pay.
- If you must pay in cash, we ask you to do so at one of the automatic payment machines. Only if the machines are not taking cash payments will payment be accepted at the control booth, and then we ask you to use a bank card if at all possible.
- Rest assured that Parkia is taking extreme care every day to keep the ticket payment machines clean to reduce the risk of disease transmission.
Lastly, we’d like our customers to know that our regular channels of communication remain open if you have any questions.
We’re sure these measures will help us keep our carparks safe and maintain our public service commitment to our customers.
BECAUSE FOR PARKIA OUR CUSTOMERS ARE WHAT MATTERS
